"Imagine yourself entering the classroom. The classroom is filled with the students and your teacher has decided to show up and asked you all this following question: Are you guys ready for your activity?? your teacher signed D and F. Is it the same or different? Which? Are you feeling stuck? What are you supposed to do? How can you solve? I understand that feeling. That timid feeling from the inside happens very often when it comes to our academic learning. I have my three teaching philosophy that will help you not to feel that way anymore. Here are the teaching philosophies. Suggestopedia, Total Physical Response, Interactive Learning. This method was invented by a man named Georgi Lozanov who strongly believed that students who feel relaxed in the classroom will most likely be accomplished in learning. In the same way, Kelland discovered another student that students who are relaxed will be most likely accomplish. For instance, using music, candles, and lights. When students are relaxed, they will be able to learn anything. Meanwhile, Total Physical Response plays another important factor. Students who live in a stress-free environment will have the ability to learn better as well. The teacher is your guide. Students will be motivated by copying their teachers in the classroom. When the teacher demonstrates for their students, students can gain confidence while learning. It doesn’t matter if you’re struggling when it comes to learning. Total Physical Response can help you interact with your peers, teachers, and friends. Interactive learning is considered to be an important tool for academic learning. TPR includes interactive learning because TPR involves discussing with your own peers! Interactive learning allows students to ask each other. Now, that leads to my next teaching philosophy. Interactive learning. Interactive learning is important in an academic setting. We have to depend on our peers and teachers for learning. We can’t live without them. Our lives are based on interaction and when we use them in the classroom, we can interact with our own teachers. Imagine yourself getting out of the classroom. Is my mind relaxed? Am I able to copy and learn from the teacher? Am I able to interact with others? If so, this means that I have learned something in the classroom. As a result, these are my teaching philosophies."
